Naheda Sahtout is an award-winning academic, researcher, scientist, and leader with a doctorate in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Saskatchewan. Having herself tackled an academic journey with a visual impairment; she is passionate about advocating for inclusivity, diversity, equality and accessibility in STEM, particularly in rural and Indigenous communities. Naheda continues to play an important role as a community leader as she navigates towards a more inclusive, diverse and accessible culture.
